2-Story Gold Package Our 2-Story Gold Package is designed for homeowners who want their exterior taken care of all year without worrying about scheduling. This package includes one full house wash and two gutter cleanings within a 12-month period for 2-story homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. Services are spaced seasonally and scheduled around weather and availability. The house wash helps remove built-up dirt, mold, and grime, while routine gutter cleanings keep water flowing properly and help prevent clogs and overflow. We handle the scheduling and reach out before each visit when possible, making it an easy, set-it-and-forget-it option for year-round exterior care.
Cancellation Policy
1-Story Gold Plan – Booking Policy What the Gold Plan includes The 1-Story Gold Plan includes one house wash and two gutter cleanings within one year for 1-story homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. How booking works • The house wash is typically scheduled first, based on weather and availability. • The two gutter cleanings are usually spaced out over the year, often around seasonal changes. • We handle scheduling and will reach out ahead of service when possible. Weather & timing • Exterior work depends on weather and safe conditions. • If rain, wind, or cold temperatures interfere, we’ll reschedule at the next available time. • Weather delays do not affect the number of services included in the plan. Access on service day • Gates should be unlocked and pets secured. • Please ensure clear access around the home so we can work efficiently. Missed appointments • If we’re unable to access the property, the service may need to be rescheduled. • Repeated access issues may result in the service being skipped for that visit. Plan duration • The Gold Plan is valid for 12 months from the first completed service. • Any unused services expire at the end of the plan period. Good to know • The plan does not include repairs, gutter guard removal, or underground drain clearing. • Pre-existing damage or issues caused by age or prior neglect are not the responsibility of the company.
